Pricing
Final Pricing is determined 2-4 days after puppy is born. Coloring, markings, parent sizes, puppy's sex and type of registration all determine the puppy's final price. Puppy will not be listed Available until Final Price is determined. Our pricing will range from $2100 - $2700
AKC
Our dogs are all AKC registered. The puppies will be offered with Limited AKC Registration (option for FULL AKC at $100 more). An AKC Folder will be provided with the application to complete transfer of registration, AKC Litter Certificate, AKC flyers and information. Registration and any other AKC programs will all have additional AKC charges for completing. (Basic AKC Registration Starts at $38 as a One Time Fee)
Breeder Folder
New owners will also receive a Purple Loyal Shih Tzu Folder with Breeder and Parent information. Some contents will include: Litter weight Tracking, Immunization Tracking Sheet, Shih Tzu Helpful Tips and information, Parent pictures from puppy to adult, Deposit Contract and Final Sales Contract.
Puppy Starter Kit
Along with the AKC and Breeder Folders, we will provide a bag full of goodies to help get you started. We know that a new puppy is fun and also very distracting... So we will provide some basic essentials to help you get started without any issues. There will be a bag of food that the puppies are currently eating, treats, a collar, hair ties, toys with litter mates scent, blanket with mommy scent, etc... We want to help with a healthy and fun transition to their new home.
Loyal Shih Tzu Photo Shoots
This is something special to us. We know that this is what makes us stand out from the others... Weekly Updates and Photo Shoots of your new family member. It was apparent to us that the waiting for your new FURBABY to arrive can make you very anxious to say the least. So we came up with this concept to help with the waiting period. You will get weekly emails listing weights, how your puppy is developing and Themed Photos of you puppy. We know you want to brag about it, so we give you plenty of pictures to help you with that mission.
Puppy Visits
While the puppy is still developing with us, we do offer visits after they are 4 weeks old. We want the puppy to be socialized with your family to help ensure an easy transition. We just ask that all visits are scheduled and during the pandemic all visitors bring their own masks.
Puppy cam
We setup a PUPPY CAM that will allow you to see your puppies in a live stream at certain times. You can request a certain time or just wait for a feeding time or active playtime (that is when we usually setup the camera). We do not keep the camera on continuously so that we can still have privacy in our home. The puppy camera is another way we try to make the wait for your new furbaby a little more bearable.
Deposits
Deposits are $400 to put a puppy on hold. We prefer Deposits in person with Cash... But will accept Cash,Cashier's Check, or credit card through the GOOD DOG website. We DO NOT take funds through any Cash Apps. Copy of Deposit Contracts will be provided after payment is received. Deposits are Non-Refundable except if conditions of puppy change while in the care of the breeder.
Final Payments
All Final Payments are due at the same time as Puppy Pickup. We do not offer Delivery or Pet Nannies. We do 90% of all our transactions in person with the new families to ensure the puppies are going to a good home and to prevent all fraud opportunities. Again we will accept all Final Payments paid in FULL in person using Cash,Cashier's Check or credit card through the GOOD DOG website. We will NOT accept any funds through any Cash Apps. Copy of Final Sales Contract will be provided in the Breeder Folder at the Puppy Pick
